This woman was caught today at Eke Obodoukwu Market in Ideato North L.G.A Imo State with a stolen phone and a pulse containing Ten Thousand Naira, The said Items belong to one of the women in the Market though she was caught and beaten then handed over to the police stationed in the market...The said woman is from Mbaitolu L.G.A same Imo State....what do you have to say about this her action? ....Should we say "Change (APC) or Her Nature?
